I began work on "Live from the O Horizon" in October of 2020. My first release (2020's "Plague Hymns") made use of the general unease we were all feeling to create a structure within which the music could operate. For the follow up ("See?"), I abandoned all pretense of a concept, choosing instead to create individual tracks. The goal this time was to tell a story.

After a hike in the woods, I found myself intrigued by the love many people have for nature. While some view being in nature as "peaceful" or "grounding", others avoid the outdoors, viewing it as less of a privilege and more of a threat. "Live from the O Horizon" seeks to explore both sides of that notion.
